A) Refunds, Exchanges and Returns (In Store Only)

Faulty Goods.

Regarding faulty products, it is King of Knives policy toreplace these products with the same or similar product provided proof ofpurchase can be shown. It may be possible to exchange the faulty goods for anyother product in the store. If no replacement is available, a refund may begiven to the value of the original purchase.

Any item purchased that may have a manufacturing warrantyclaim, needs to go back to the importer for their assessment before an exchangeor refund can be offered.


King of Knives is happy to exchange goods for any otherproduct in the store, within 14 days of original purchase provided they areunused, not damaged and in there original packaging. Proof of purchase isrequired.

B) What Knives are legal ?

We do not offer legal advice to our customers on what knivescan be carried.

There are a host of factors that come into it.

Some knives are simply not legal and we will not carry them.

Other knives may be legal in general but not in certainplaces - for example you cannot take a knife that may be allowed for workpurposes in the work place to taken into school or though an airport.

C) Can I cancel my Layby?

At King of Knives stores Laybys can be cancelled after theyhave been started however there is a small administrative fee that the storemay charge.

D) Layby's In store.

King of Knives stores offer customers the ability to holdthe product and pay off a purchase by layby. For a small deposit and regularpayment, the product can be yours soon.

E) Age Restrictions

At King of Knives we take our social responsibility veryseriously. In most places in Australia it is against the law to supply someonewith a knife under the age 16. If you wish to purchase a knife from King ofKnives you must be 18 years of age.

F) Store Opening Hours

Store hours vary by state and time of the year. TheChristmas Holiday period generally has much longer trading hours than normal.Please visit the list of store locations and if it is outside of the corebusiness hours, please check with the store.

G ) Has My order been received?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order iscompleted and received by us.

H) When can I expect delivery of my purchase?

Delivery is generally between 7 and 21 days. Some items comedirect from overseas factories. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.Boxesor overseas.

I ) Can I track my delivery?

Because we use many different couriers from many locations,we do not have an online tracking service.

K) Returns and exchanges?

We are happy to exchange any products purchased on lineprovided we are notified within 72 hours of delivery and is accompanied withproof of purchase.

Products need to be in original condition and unmarkedpackaging.

Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice.

Goods are to be returned at the customers cost to

suite 201, 209 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, NSW, 2022.

Please advise which product you would like to exchange itwith, your daytime contact number and the reason for the return. Our customersupport office will contact you to arrange the exchange. Courier/postal chargesdo apply.

Faulty, damaged or missing part orders will be replaced atno charge to you.

M)  Do we offer abridal registry service?

Regrettably not at this stage.

N)  Can I buy a giftcard?

Not on online orders. Most of our stores do accept lay-by’s.
